- Those new comments are valid reasons for regular deletion (here, at COM:DR), and "near duplicate" is a good summary of them. But they are outside the realm of COM:SPEEDY because it is only a near duplicate, with notable differences (as you see) beyond just exact rescaling. DMacks (talk) 15:13, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
